write this letter with reference to the recently conducted Certification
Audit by Lloyds Registrar Quality Assurance in our company. This audit
was conducted by 03 most senior members of LRQA on September 12, 2008.
At the closing meeting the Audit Team highly commended us on having
a perfect system in place for ISO 9001 : 2000 QMS. The well written
procedures was one of the key factors the Team of Auditors were commenting.
As the Management Team of MIT, we were certainly proud to receive such
commendations from LRQA. I believe that you and your team gave us the
correct guidance to achieve this milestone in the history of MIT. This
letter is sent to you in appreciation of the services and contribution
made by you personally and your entire Team and our special thanks to
Ms. Dinusha Wijegunasekera for her support to our whole team in implementing
ISO 9001 : 2000 QMS at MIT Cargo.
